Arnaldo Oliveira earned a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ICAOM) in Honolulu, Hawaii and is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Hawaii. Dr. Oliveira completed a clinical doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine specializing in Geriatrics and Women's health at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, OR. He was studied and worked with Fred Lam, MD for over 12 years, and was trained by the master in the use of Electroacupuncture according to Voll (EAV) and Medicine Testing. Arnaldo Oliveira, Ph.D. DAOM, L.Ac. practices Oriental Medicine and Electroacupuncture according to Voll (EAV). By employing EAV and Medicine Testing Dr. Oliveira first identifies the causes of diseases, then he treats the disease with the right medicines and therapies. In addition, Arnaldo Oliveira holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Change from Hawaii Pacific University (HPU) in Honolulu, Hawaii and a Ph.D. in Management and Organization, from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He completed a residency program in maxilla-facial and trauma surgery in Brazil, where he practiced trauma medicine for 12 years.
